When it comes to fat, quality is more important than quantity. Because fat is what our whole body needs, especially our brain, cooking with healthy fat is an easy way to ensure proper nutrition. Bonus: fat makes food taste better! The three healthy fats I use are vegetable butter, avocado oil and MCT oil. These nine recipes enliven everyday ingredients such as broccoli and lemons, and provide excellent cereal free alternatives to desserts.

herbivore culture butter

standard butter is made of fresh cream, but fermented cream is made of fermented cream. This means it contains probiotics, which are needed for a healthy immune system. Because these good people will be destroyed when they are cooked, in the following two recipes, I only heat the butter to the extent of melting.

MCT oil

is still on the rise in popularity. MCT oil is a concentrated form of coconut oil, with a higher content in medium chain triglycerides (MCT). MCT bypasses the liver for digestion and provides direct fuel for the brain. Because the smoke point of this oil is very low, so I use it in the colder environment.

They can be used not only as the marinade of steak, but also as the condiment of salad. Skirt steak is used because it's a cheaper way to cut and is more suitable for daily eating; marinade helps soften the hard meat. Avocado oil gives off the flavor of lemon.

vegan and smoked whole roasted okra (avocado oil)

okra has riboflavin, calcium, zinc, vitamin B-6 and a rather unpleasant texture according to most people. When you cut okra, it produces a kind of "mucus", which is a very useful thickener and can be used to make stews like okra. But because the texture may not be attractive, I baked them all so that there would be no mucus. Eating like this will change most people's view of okra!

The end result is incredibly wet and high protein, high fiber coconut powder replacing the binding properties of gluten. I like to bake it in a bread pan so that I can make sandwiches with it. Avocado oil adds moisture and doesn't overpower the delicious corn flavor. I use germinated corn flour because it's more nutritious, but unmodified can also work well.

sesame chicken sauce is a simple way to put more fresh grass plants into your diet. You can use almost any herb, from parsley to Purslane. The sauce is first used as marinade for raw chicken, then MCT oil is added, and the rest is used as dipping sauce for cooked meat.

vegetarian and ancient raspberry mustard rainbow carrot (MCT oil)

glazed carrot is a common side dish, and I like to bake it with less common ingredients. I use rainbow carrots as an extra antioxidant than regular orange ones - because they provide such a bright colored dish. MCT oil adds richness and helps keep your body in a ketogenic state, although carrots are high in carbohydrates.

ancient, gluten free and cereal free dough dough bacteria (cultured butter)

there is no risk of Salmonella in these dough bacteria, because they do not contain eggs. They don't contain any gluten or grain! They are healthier choices - a very rich one; a truffle is the perfect size for service. The cultured butter gives the dough a creamy taste and prevents the chocolate coating from being too hard to bite the teeth. The only job here is to roll and dip - no baking involved.

gluten free buffalo cauliflower tray (culture butter)

buffalo cauliflower has been popular for a while; you only need to cook cauliflower florets and add buffalo sauce. It turned out to be very similar to wings - except, of course, chickens! Those are good, but not really full. With this recipe, I've added an interesting step: making broccoli into a tate shape. The end result is worth the time, because you have a childhood memory, but it's much better for you.

toasted apple is a simple dessert at any time of the year, but they generally do not attract too many viewers. I decorate them with a quick shoemaker ingredient to make them crispy and tasty. This high fiber, gluten free, cereal free dessert is a perfect alternative to heavy apple pie or Tanner.
